A BIT OF MY STORY

As someone born on the cusp of Millennials and Gen Z, I’ve spent the last decade speaking the language of both generations-bridging ambition with mentorship, and hustle with depth. I know what drives them because I’ve led them. I’ve coached them. And I’ve been them.
But beyond the numbers, I found my true calling: developing people. I’ve built companies, coached for over a decade, and directly impacted the lives of thousands of clients and professionals—guiding them not just toward success, but toward purpose..
At 26, I became the youngest organizational leader in the world’s largest custom clothing company, overseeing three Southern California offices and managing three teams of talented sales reps. Within my first 20 months, I shattered a 56-year company record by hitting every top-tier sales milestone, generating over $1.2M in personal sales and earning a place in the Hall of Fame. During the pandemic, while the company declined by 38%, I led the only team in the company to grow—boosting profits by 9% through authentic leadership, strategic systems, and personal accountability. I trained teams on Zoom-based sales, created new curriculum, launched innovative partnerships, and executed campaigns that brought in tens of thousands from just a few hundred dollars.
Now, I coach sales teams and young professionals—especially those navigating the myths of arrival, toxic comparison, and instant success. My goal is simple: unlock potential, restore vision, and strengthen the individuals that fuel our companies and our economy.
